How to obtain Can be obtained by using Yum Heart as Tainted Magdalene in the first floor's Sacrifice Room.

Permanently replaces Yum Heart in the pocket active item slot for the rest of the run.

Can only be used as Tainted Magdalane. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will make them quickly bleed out and die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

On pickup -2.18 fire rate.

While held +6.41 fire rate upon taking damage that fades away over the course of 5 seconds.

Causes a unique trapdoor to spawn after defeating It Lives! or Mom's Heart. Entering it will lead to the room that unlocks Tarnished Magdalene.

On useHeals 2 full Red Heart containers.

Removes 1 Broken Heart.
